Chris Brown Taken Into Custody, Released On Bail

Chris Brown turned himself in to the LAPD at around at about 7pm this evening after being reported to be wanted for domestic violence towards a woman, said to have been Rihanna.

Chris was officially booked at 7:41pm for making criminal threats. His bail was $50,000, so of course, he’s been released as of now. When the case has been presented to the Los Angeles County District, he may have more charges to worry about.

The code that defines a criminal threat states, "Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person, with the specific intent that the statement, made verbally, in writing, or by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as a threat.”

Poor Rihanna. Seriously, the poor girl has to be heart broken right now. It is so sad. I had high hopes for them since they seem like such a great couple, but I hope she kicks him to the curb. I hope he’s ashamed of himself.
