Rihanna Lights Up Empire State!

Rihanna has kept very busy in New York, and kept it going Thursday afternoon (June 19).
Wearing a floral tube dress with black heel boots, the “Take A Bow” hitmaker took on hosting duties at an Empire State Building lighting ceremony.
With red lights aglow at the flip of the switch, the special occasion being celebrated is the 3rd Annual Cartier “Declare Your Love Day.”
As part of the festivities, Cartier will be donating ten percent of all sales from the entire Love collection to benefit charity.
